My Journey:

My name is Jesse Arnett and I have cauliflower ear!

I am from Mission, British Columbia and I now live in Calgary, Alberta.

I found wrestling in 1997 at Mission Secondary School. I was a 3 time age group national champion, a junior national champion and a multi-time senior medalist!

Wrestling certainly saved my life. I lost my way the age of 23, quit wrestling and made some poor choices.

Until my turning point... my brother and I watched UFC on TV when I was 27 years old and decided to make a run in MMA!

I moved with my brother out east to Alberta with the help of a great coach (Dave Mair), because at the time MMA wasn’t legal in Ontario. But I don't regret it. The people and choices that I have made pursuing MMA have molded me into the man I am today! After landing in the MMA hotbed in Alberta I started my career of 3 wins 4 losses with little training. Heck I even grabbed a bronze medal at the 2012 National wrestling tourney!

After my fourth loss I committed myself to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling and being a full-time athlete. I went on a 12 fight win streak with a whole bunch of finishes, and am now number one ranked in Canada and number 21 in the world on fight matrix ranking system. I have 15 wins with 13 finishes, and 5 losses.

I am the man I am today because of Cauliflower ear.
